Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee commercial contracts from request to execution,
including various types of agreements
Facilitate approvals, e-signatures, and improve contract management
processes and templates
Research best practices to enhance the overall contract management
system for future scaling
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Eight or more years of experience in commercial paralegal
responsibilities, with at least five years in-house
Strong understanding of standard contract clauses and legal
terminology
Significant experience with digital contract lifecycle management
tools
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based
collaboration software
