Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partnerships and Implementation
Manager to oversee the implementation of a remote intervention
platform with healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and execute the implementation plan post-contract
signature to successfully launch services
Identify and engage key external stakeholders and conduct necessary
education for new stakeholders
Maintain project plans, control scope, schedule, and cost, and
manage risks and issues throughout the implementation process
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in implementation, account management, or
program management within large healthcare organizations
Strong client management and relationship skills
Project management expertise
Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
