Job Description Job Description We’re partnering with a well-established aerospace and defense manufacturer to hire a Maintenance Supervisor to support manufacturing operations through strong equipment uptime, safety compliance, and team leadership. This role leads maintenance personnel and contractors while driving preventive and corrective maintenance across production and facilities equipment. What You’ll Do Lead and develop a facilities and equipment maintenance team Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs Improve equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtime Coordinate vendors, contractors, and repair parts Support plant safety initiatives and regulatory compliance Partner with engineering and operations leadership What We’re Looking For 5 years in manufacturing maintenance 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (aerospace, defense, medical, automotive preferred) Strong understanding of OSHA, safety, and building code requirements
