Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery conversations with nonprofit stakeholders to
identify business challenges and long-term goals
Design Salesforce-centered solutions tailored to nonprofit needs,
focusing on customer experience and operational excellence
Create and deliver customized product demonstrations and
collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment
Required Qualifications
Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or
Marketing Cloud, along with technical certifications like Platform
App Builder and Solution Architect
Significant experience in a customer-facing role or sales
organization
Ambitious and self-motivated with a high emotional IQ
Ability to apply strategic thinking and execute requirements
effectively
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
