Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs
in an educational setting located in Wilmington, DE. This role
requires dedication to fostering an inclusive learning environment
and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) to promote
student success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement
tailored instructional strategies and lesson plans for students
with disabilities Collaborate with general education teachers,
specialists, and families to ensure comprehensive support for
students Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to
meet individual learning goals Maintain accurate records of student
performance and communicate regularly with staff and parents
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to
positive student outcomes Travel to various assigned school
locations as needed to provide consistent support Qualifications
and Experience Required: Valid teaching certification with a
specialization in Special Education Proven experience working with
students who have disabilities in a school setting Strong knowledge
of special education laws, IEP development, and instructional
strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work
effectively with students, families, and staff Flexibility to
travel between educational sites within the Wilmington area
