drain services, is seeking an experienced and reliable Drain
Service Technician to join our team. If you have a passion for

from you! Key Responsibilities: Drain Cleaning: Perform drain
cleaning services for residential and commercial clients using
various methods and equipment. Diagnosis and Repair: Accurately
diagnose drainage issues and implement effective repair solutions.
Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks on drainage systems
to prevent future issues. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to
emergency service calls to resolve drainage problems. Customer
Service: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to
explain issues, solutions, and costs. Documentation: Maintain
accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer
interactions. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and
procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications:
Experience: No minimum experience needed. Skills: Proficient with
drain cleaning equipment and tools; strong problem-solving and
troubleshooting abilities. Certification: Relevant certifications
(e.g., plumbing license) are a plus. Customer Focus: Excellent
customer service and communication skills. Dependability: Strong
work ethic, punctuality, and reliability. Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and
perform physically demanding tasks. Transportation: Valid drivers
