Job Description:

Well known medical facility is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Job Description (including, but not limited to):

? Composes, prepares, edits and proofreads letters, reports and other correspondences.

? Answers telephones, screens calls and forwards messages.

? Routes or answers routine inquiries.

? Operates general office equipment.

? Performs administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature.

? Produces a variety of correspondence, reports and presentations using the appropriate software for word processing, graphics and spreadsheets.

? Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements.

Job Requirements

? MUST have: Minimum (2) two years experience in an administrative position performing similar duties and responsibilities.

? Proficient in the use of standard office equipment to include copy and fax machines, 10-key, and personal computers.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on advanced Excel skills.

? Effective oral and written communication skills, including professional telephone manner.

? Ability to interact well with others and to work well under pressure.

? Professional attitude.

? Excellent organizational skills with ability to meet multiple deadlines.
