Job Description Job Description Title: Certified Payroll
Specialist / Payroll Administrator Pay: $32-$34/hour for
temp-to-hire roles Key Responsibilities: Process certified payroll
for public works and prevailing wage projects. Ensure compliance
with California prevailing wage laws and union agreements . Handle
multi-state payroll , deductions, garnishments, and benefits.
Prepare and submit weekly certified payroll reports and tax
filings. Use payroll systems like ADP Workforce Now . Communicate
with supervisors to resolve time reporting discrepancies. Maintain
personnel files and assist with onboarding. Skills &
Qualifications: Experience in construction payroll and certified
payroll reporting. Knowledge of prevailing wage law. Strong
attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with payroll software (ADP, Sage preferred). Location:
Jurupa Valley Pay Details: $32.00 to $34.00 per hour Search managed
