is seeking to hire a Corporate Controller to support a
multinational organization in the energy/petroleum industry. You
will be actively involved in all aspects of financial operations
and in ensuring everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities can
include tracking transactions, measuring the volume and value of
daily sales, coordinating with accounts payable and accounts
receivable, generating relevant financial reports, coordinating
with auditors, and managing a team of about 10 finance/accounting
staff. Key Responsibilities: Lead the global accounting function,
including consolidations, intercompany transactions, and financial
close processes. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly,
quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US
GAAP and IFRS. Oversee compliance with local statutory reporting
requirements in all jurisdictions. Manage external audits and
coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and Operations to support
strategic initiatives and business decisions. Utilize ERP systems
and accounting processes to support scalability. Lead and mentor a
global team of accounting professionals. REQUIRED SKILLS AND
EXPERIENCE MUST have a CPA. 8 years of experience as a controller
or in similar senior finance roles. Management experience of a team
with 5 people. Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting.
Strong experience working hands-on with finance-related tasks.
Experience handling finances domestically and internationally.
