Enterprise Credit Analyst Program - 2026 Enterprise Credit
Overview The Enterprise Credit organization is an integrated credit
underwriting, monitoring and product management organization
managing credit for clients in the bank’s eight lines of business
including consumers, companies, and institutions . To deliver
seamlessly for our clients, the Enterprise Credit team works with a
large array of partners in Global Risk, Global Operations, Global
Banking and Consumer & Small Business Banking. For more information

Enterprise Credit analyst program The Enterprise Credit Summer
Analyst Program is a ten-week program that provides you broad
exposure into our credit underwriting, monitoring, business
controls and data management routines. The program emphasizes
on-the-job training augmented by classroom instruction focused on
technical, analytical, and professional skills. Our goal is for you
to have the opportunity to build upon your academic foundation -
specifically technical skills, industry knowledge and familiarity
with a corporate environment - while pursuing your career, based on
your interests and background. Your training and development is our
top priority, with extensive formal training offered at the start
of the program and on-the-job support, events, and mentorship
throughout. The Enterprise Credit program has six tracks to support
the eight lines of business. The tracks include: Consumer Credit
Global Wealth & Investment Management Credit (Supporting our
Merrill and Private Bank clients) Global Commercial Banking (GCB),
Asset Based Finance and Commercial Real Estate Credit Global
Corporate & Investment Banking and Global Markets Credit Leveraged
Finance Credit - Acquisition Finance Data and Analytics and
Business Controls/Process Optimization This job requisition is for
the Global Commercial Banking (GCB), Asset Based Finance and
Commercial Real Estate Credit track. Global Commercial Banking
(GCB), Asset Based Finance and Commercial Real Estate Credit:
Candidates for this credit portfolio need a strong understanding of
corporate finance and accounting principles to evaluate company
financials. The teams are structured by client size and product
specialty groups: Global Commercial Banking Credit - Supports
companies with revenues between $5 million and $2 billion
Asset-Based Finance - Has four distinct sub-lines of business, and
you would be aligned with one of the four. Bank of America Business
Capital (BABC) and Retail Finance Group (RFG) supports clients that
span a broad range of segments including manufacturing,
distribution, retail, and service industries. Company profiles
include business banking (BB) middle market (GCB) and large
corporate (GCIB) clients. Dealer Finance (DFS) supports clients
such as auto dealers with floorplan financing needs. Trade
Receivable Securitization Finance (TRSF) supports clients in middle
market (GCB) and large corporate (GCIB) Leasing Credit supports
clients with a broad array of leasing needs and clients profiles
cover all commercial segments, including GWIM. Commercial Real
Estate Credit - Supports clients with commercial real estate
lending needs. This team also includes our Community Development
Banking team which provides financing for community improvement and
development activities such as low-income housing What to expect
day to day Over the ten-week program, you will participate in a
variety of day-to-day activities depending on the credit portfolio
to which you are aligned. You will be paired with a senior team of
credit professionals and may work with different types of clients
including companies and institutions. Potential activities include:
Analysis of client financial information, identification/mitigation
of potential risks, compliance with regulatory requirements and
evaluation of collateral in determination of credit worthiness Work
on case studies of live deals or past transactions to develop your
own memo summarizing a company’s financial performance and risk
profile. Participate in loan structure conversations and completion
of loan documentation Complete monitoring activities Review and
evaluate collateral to ensure appropriate requirements are met
Analyze clients' financial performance by comparing it to past
performance Complete cash-flow analysis to understand the client’s
ability to repay Attend client meetings to develop a deeper
understanding of the client's business, management team, and past
and future performance Review completed client requests to ensure
compliance with policy and procedures Locations Atlanta, Boston,
Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San
Francisco, Seattle Qualifications Students must be pursuing a
Bachelors or Bachelors direct to Master’s degree from an accredited
college or university with a graduation timeframe between November
2026 and August 2027 3.2 minimum GPA preferred - A history of high
achievement Common areas of study include but are not limited to:
Corporate Finance Accounting - 12 credit hours preferred Economics
Other related majors Candidates should possess a high level of
intellectual curiosity, a drive for operational excellence, and a
commitment to achieving sustainable results. Additionally, students
should hold strong academic and technical skills in Microsoft
Office as well as show proficiencies in leadership, teamwork,
problem solving & analytical skills, verbal and written
