A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Resolution
Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee claims production, billing, follow-up, collections, and
compliance with third-party payer regulations
Provide operational oversight and mentorship for the Billing
Coordinator while ensuring accurate and timely billing
Monitor revenue cycle indicators and implement corrective action
plans to improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED equivalent
3 years of previous hospital billing experience
Working knowledge of insurance regulations, procedure and diagnosis
coding, and automated insurance billing
Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
2 years of Medicare hospital billing experience preferred
