Job Description:
A company is looking for a Special Investigation Unit
Investigator Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team to detect, investigate, remediate, and report
incidents of fraud, waste, and abuse in healthcare services
Oversee all aspects of fraud, waste, and abuse within CHIP,
Medicaid, and Commercial segments
Work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote,
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; certification as an Accredited
Healthcare Fraud Investigator or Certified Fraud Examiner required
or eligible within the first year
5 years of experience in conducting healthcare insurance
investigations and interacting with law enforcement agencies
3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in Healthcare
Special Investigations Unit
Experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations and understanding
of the healthcare industry is preferred
